DMD will deliver in Italy and in all Europe thanks to the BRT\/DHL\/DPD\/SDA\/FEDEX\/GLS\/TNT service.
\nThe products delivered from DMD is properly packed and followed by the purchase invoice that shows the quantity and price in Euro.<\/p>\n

Assurance<\/h3>\n

DMD grants, for all the deliveries, a free assurance against accidental damages.
\nThe assurance is valid until the merchandise is delivered over.<\/p>\n

Order Fulfillment<\/h3>\n

Every placed and paid order will have their items delivered within three working days : expeditions start from Ozone Srl, Bergamo (Italy), in the working days, from Monday to Friday, from 9.00 am to 5.30 pm.
\nOrders placed from Saturday to Sunday will be handled on the next Monday.<\/p>\n

Please note that during sales periods or special promotions, order processing times may be extended by up to 10 working days.<\/p>\n

Tracking Number<\/h3>\n

The customer can control anytime his delivery, thanks to a service disposed by BRT\/DHL\/DPD\/SDA\/FEDEX\/GLS\/TNT. The customer will receive a text messagge or an e-mail confirmation when the merchandise is sent with the tracking number supplied by BRT\/DHL\/DPD\/SDA\/FEDEX\/GLS\/TNT that will consent to the customer to verify anytime where his delivery is.<\/p>\n

For the following countries (5\/7 working days): Albania, Croatia, Greece, Hungary, Slovakia, Portugal, Balearic Islands, Bulgaria, Ireland, Switzerland, Poland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Sweden, United Kingdom, Czhec Republic, Romania and Slovenia the shipping fees are equal to \u20ac 30,00.<\/div>\n

For the following countries (5\/7 working days): Finland, Norway, Cyprus, Malta, Island, Azores Islands and Canary Islands the shipping fees are equal to \u20ac 60,00.<\/div>\n

For deliveries outside the European Union, the Customer is responsible for all duties, taxes and customs fees, paid to the carrier upon parcel reception.<\/p>\n
